(2) If the licensed organization closes the water supply service within its service area in accordance with sub-section (1), such licensed organization shall make alternative arrangements and provide clean and quality drinking water to the consumers.
(3) If there is an out-of-control situation and it is not possible to manage the waste water being discharged from the sewage system, the licensed organization shall publish a public notice and properly manage such waste water as soon as possible, mentioning the estimated time required to resume such service.
(4) In accordance with sub-section (3), an alternative arrangement shall be made for waste water until it is managed.
(5) If the organization that has received a permit within its service area in accordance with sub-section (1) is unable to distribute water regularly according to the schedule provided by it, the fee or fee for the period during which it was unable to distribute water and according to sub-section (3) when it was unable to manage the waste water being discharged from the sewage system. (6) The organization that has received the service license of the consumer who does not pay the fee on time or misuses the service or violates the conditions to be followed while using the service may close it after giving prior notice.
(7) If the service is stopped as per sub-section (6), if the concerned consumer makes an application to resume the service by paying the fee, the organization that has received the license shall resume the stopped service by charging the prescribed fee and if any loss is found to have occurred due to the consumer, the concerned consumer shall pay the amount of such loss. can take
